Full Paper Submission

Full Paper Submission

  • The full paper submission deadline is March 31, 2026.
  • Only authors who received an acceptance of an abstract (will be notified by March 14, 2026) can submit a full paper.
  • Students applying for the Student Award are required to submit a Full Paper. If the Full Paper is not submitted by the deadline, it will not be considered for review. For all other presenters, submission of a Full Paper is optional.
  • The Full Papers will be distributed to ISRS2026 participants electronically as a Full Paper Collection. In recent years, standards regarding duplicate submissions have become increasingly strict, and there is concern that submitted manuscripts may be regarded as published works. To prevent potential conflicts with future journal submissions, the Full Paper Collection will not be regarded as a formal publication. The ISRS2026 organizing committee is planning to publish a Special Issue in the MDPI journal "Remote Sensing". Authors are strongly encouraged to submit a manuscript to "Remote Sensing" based on the Full Paper.
  • The full paper must be 2-4 pages in length. Files exceeding 4 pages will not be accepted.
  • The paper must be written in English, carefully checked for correct grammar and spelling.
  • The format of the paper must follow the guidelines for authors. We suggest you to download a template document file (MS WORD) and directly edit it for your paper.
  • The uploaded file should be converted to PDF format using a program supported by Adobe Acrobat. All fonts must be embedded in the PDF file.
  • Please give a filename as reception number_last name.pdf (format: 1_MATSUNAGA.pdf, The last name must be written in Capital letters.). You can find it on your received reception email from Payvent [noreply@payvent.net].
  • Maximum file size of the paper is 100 MB.
