Abstract Submission

• The online abstract submission deadline is February 14, 2026.
• Abstract submission will open in the beginning of January 2026.
• The word limits of abstract is 300, no figures and tables.
• When submitting an abstract, the author must choose presentation type (Oral or Poster or Any), and an appropriate session.
• Acceptance of an abstract will be notified by March 14, 2026
• All presenters (either oral or poster presentations) are requested to make a pre-registration and to pay a registration fee before the abstract submission.
• After submitting an abstract, students applying for the Student Award must submit a Full Paper by March 31, 2026. For all other presenters, the Full Paper is optional.
