Application Form for Exhibition Booth and Student Paper Award
Exhibitions and student paper award sponsorship in the ISRS2026 conference can be an excellent opportunity for your organization or company to gain widespread exposure to ISRS2026 participants.
To apply for exhibition and student paper award sponsorship, please complete the application form and submit it to the ISRS2026 Committee (isrs2026@rssj.or.jp) by April 17, 2025. As exhibition space is limited, we highly recommend early submission.
Corporate Exhibition
The exhibition fee is USD 1,500 (tax included) per booth. Each booth is equipped with a desk (W1800 × D450 mm) and display panels (W2400 × H2100 mm). Exhibitors will have their company logo displayed on the official website, be allotted 5$201310 minutes of corporate PR time during lunch using the projector in the poster hall, and receive two complimentary full-access registrations, which include lunch and the banquet.Student Paper Award Sponsorship
Each sponsorship unit is USD 300 (tax included), and the sponsoring company will be formally acknowledged at the Student Award Ceremony.Guidelines and Application Form for exhibitors
