Registration

Registration fees include admission to all technical sessions, the exhibit areas, welcome reception, lunch, young scholar’s night, and online program booklet and proceedings.

All presenters (either oral or poster presentations) are requested to make a pre-registration and to pay a registration fee by March 31, 2026 on pre-registration website (by using a credit card).

To be eligible for the reduced student registration fee, students are required to send a photocopy of their student card verifying their status with the registration by email.

If we receive a written notice of cancellation before April 13, 2026, we will refund your registration fee less an administrative fee.
