The registration fees are as follows:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; Regular members: 6,000 yen<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; Student members: 2,000 yen<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; Non-regular members: 8,000 yen&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>* Members&#8217; participation fees are not taxable; non-members&#8217; participation fees are taxable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Prior to applying for a presentation, presenters must register and pay to participate. Payment via invoice is not available.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You will be requested at the venue to show the QR code, which is issued in the Payvent system, so make sure to print it out or keep the digital copy handy.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2>4. <strong>Application&nbsp;for Presentation<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>The&nbsp;deadline for participation registration and paper submission for the proceeding is Tuesday, 30<sup>th<\/sup>&nbsp;of September, 2025.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>No changes and replacements can be made to the manuscript after the deadline of September 30.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>After registering participation and paying the registration fee, please complete &#8220;(1) Registration for presentation&#8221; from the link below. Then, using the ID issued in the presentation registration and the email address you registered, please submit your conference paper via the link &#8220;(3) Paper submission&#8221;.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The presentation style can be selected from \u201cOral\u201d, \u201cPoster\u201d or \u201cno preference\u201d.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Please note that we might not be able to provide the presentation style you have selected.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Please be aware that it may not be possible to give the presentation style you have specified.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Only RSSJ members are permitted to make a presentation. If you wish to hold a special session, please contact to rssj_conf \u201cat\u201d rssj.or.jp by 19 September 2025 (23:59 JST).
